Reviews and Ratings
I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-arranged rooms at the hotel, which had that classic Ibis style and were kept clean throughout my stay. However, the lack of inside shutters covering the windows was a small drawback. The service was a bit of a mixed bag, ranging from delightfully welcoming on a late Sunday arrival to somewhat rude and inattentive when staff were more interested in chatting among themselves. The location was convenient, nestled between Nancy and Lausanne, though the surroundings were admittedly unexciting for an evening stroll. The dining experience at the hotel offered a traditional buffet breakfast with a good range of options, and at a reasonable price of 9 euros per person. Despite these aspects, the stay left me feeling confident in knowing what to expect from the hotel, considering the varying standards in France.
The hotel offered both positives and negatives in my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but took a while to warm up, and the air conditioning wasn't very effective. The size of the room just felt a bit small compared to what it used to be when it was the Villages Hotel, where the rooms were more spacious.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and offered good value for money, but they were quite cramped, possibly the smallest room at an IBIS that I've stayed in. The service was a bit of a hit and miss - some staff members were friendly and helpful while others were not so pleasant. The location, though easy to find in a typical retail park setting, lacked excitement for an evening stroll. The dining options were limited, and the value for money wasn't the best.
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The room was bigger than I expected and had the typical well-arranged Ibis style, ensuring a clean and comfortable stay. However, the room felt very cramped, probably the smallest IBIS room I've ever stayed in. The service was top-notch, especially the lady who welcomed us late in the evening, and the multilingual staff made our interactions delightful. The location was convenient to find, but the surrounding area lacked charm and was not very close to the town center. The dining experience had its ups and downs with constantly running out of some items but offered a good range overall. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities met my basic needs during my stay.
The hotel was located on the edge of town near a retail park, which was convenient for our trip through to Italy. The rooms were clean, bigger than expected, and well-arranged in an Ibis style. The service, especially the lady who welcomed us, was delightful, making up for any language barriers. The dining experience had a good range for 9 euros per person, but some items constantly ran out. Overall, a decent stay with a great location but lacking in some dining aspects.
